Solervia Minds is operated by EmpowerHer Tech Creations, located in Florida, United States (“Solervia Minds,” “we,” “us”). We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information this digital storefront collects, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, Firebase user ID, account creation time, and authentication status.
• Purchase and access records: PayPal order and capture identifiers, product purchased, amount, currency, purchase time, and download entitlement.
• Support information: information you choose to include when contacting us.
• Technical information: security, error, and request logs generated by Firebase and Google Cloud when you use the site.

PayPal collects and processes payment credentials. Solervia Minds does not receive or store your full card number, card security code, or PayPal password.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure your account, process and verify orders, provide protected downloads and continuing account access, send transactional order and download-ready notices, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, maintain the site, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We use Google Firebase and Google Cloud for hosting, authentication, database records, file storage, server functions, and transactional email delivery, and PayPal for payment processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect customers, Solervia Minds, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to keep you signed in securely. The site may also use browser storage necessary for core storefront functions. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Retention and security

Account and purchase records are kept while your account remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide access, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet tax or legal obligations. We use HTTPS, Firebase Authentication, access rules, and protected server-side delivery, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account information through our Contact & Support page. Some transaction records may be retained when required for legal, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution purposes. You can sign out at any time and manage payment information directly through PayPal.

Children and international use

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Information may be processed in the United States where our service providers operate.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the store or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made. Privacy questions can be submitted through Contact & Support.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and protect your password. Purchases and downloads are linked to the account used at checkout. Contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Digital products and delivery

Products are digital PDFs; nothing is shipped. After server-side PayPal confirmation, the purchased file unlocks through secure browser delivery. Guest customers receive immediate access and a time-limited recovery link by email. Signed-in customers also receive saved access in their Solervia Account. The PDF is not attached to email. Product listings describe the file type, page count, language, and intended use.

Payments

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal, and the payment methods PayPal makes available can vary by buyer, device, country, and account status. You are responsible for any taxes or charges that legally apply to your purchase.

License

Unless a product listing expressly says otherwise, your purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. You may print copies for your own use and import the PDF into a compatible annotation app on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, copy for others, or use the product as a template for a competing product.

Refunds

Eligible purchases are covered by the 30-day refund policy. A refund ends your license and download access for that product.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to bypass account or download protections, interfere with the store, use another person’s account without permission, or use the site for unlawful activity.

Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the store and downloads available, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Digital products are educational and organizational resources and are not professional legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and services are provided “as is.”

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solervia Minds will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. Solervia Minds’ total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions for Solervia Minds can be submitted through Contact & Support.

We want you to feel confident buying from Solervia Minds. If a product is not as described, is technically unusable, or is not a good fit, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Use Contact & Support with the email address used for your Solervia Account, the product name, your PayPal order or transaction ID, and a short description of the issue. Please never send card details or your PayPal password.

What happens next

We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal to the original payment method. PayPal or your financial institution controls when the credit appears. Refund approval removes access to the refunded product and ends the product license.

Fair-use limits

We may decline requests made after 30 days, repeated or abusive refund requests, or requests involving redistribution, resale, or other license violations. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
